Brown Trout Production in Ireland
Today we are advised to eat fish, good for our health (rich in omega 3) but be careful to eat any fish (intensive agriculture). Our subject is therefore concerned to the breeding fario trout in Ireland, the perfect place from the fish farming. In particular, we are interested in a small trout fario farm that seeks to produce enough trout for a family (5 persons) consumption. We will realize a communication plan (communicate press, advertising poster in the Florac's streets and a page on social networks) to inform the public population about the event we are organizing: in abstract it is an open discussion between a fish breeder formed and in Ireland, the president of a French fish farming association, the head of a fish farming company in Ireland and a lawyer who can testify the legal aspect prior for setting up a fish farm.
Abstract : For communicate, we go to make a poster distribution of the conference in Florac; a radio program Bartas and design of a page on a social network.

Curraun Blue, while complying with most European Organic farming standards, has managed to retain its traditional farming methods, including:
-A respect for the environment,
-A diet using natural or organic ingredients
-Respecting very low stocking densities,
-Allowing a longer time at sea than for a conventional farm.

Works, installations, or activities made for non-domestic purposes they could have an impact on water or the aquatic environment and they must be submitted by the person who wishes to make them a declaration or an application for authorization at the water policy, according to the heading to which they belong and the relevant thresholds.
We have two types of cases
1.- Fish farms whose production is less than 20 tons / year: they are subject to declaration under the law on water with possibility of opposition.
2.- Fish farms producing more than 20 tons per year: they are subject to an authorization under the ICPE (classified installations for the protection of the environment)
The creation of a fish farm automatically results in the exclusion of this fish farm from the scope of the fisheries legislation pursuant to Article L431-7 of the Environment Code
